How Monarch Send Works
Monarch Send transforms a phone number into a secure payment alias. Behind the scenes, Monarch maps that number to the recipient’s verified payout method—such as a Monarch wallet, bank account, debit card, mobile money account, or approved cash pickup location.
If the recipient is not yet registered, Monarch securely holds the funds in custody and notifies the recipient with a private claim link. Once verified, the recipient chooses how they want to receive the funds.
